The North Shore

If there's ever a magical place to hang out in the evening one of my favorite places is the North Shore. We got there in the afternoon and ate dinner at a local favorite Thai place. After some amazing curry we made our way over to the sea.

The sun had already gone down by the time we got there, but that didn't alter the magic. It was wonderous and incredible to witness the last evidences of the day.

The sea looked like ripling, sparkling silver. Kayakers and paddle boarders gently skimmed along in the distance.

The sky was filled with expansive hues of periwinkles and purples. Usually, there are sea turtles munching sea stuff on the rocks at your feet and the small waves fall over each other onto the sand. We didn't see any turtles tonight, but it was fun looking and just enjoying the kids' excitement and the warm, calm, peacefulness.

I love the North Shore!
